Garment Care

GENTLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The embroidery techniques that we have chosen for our capsule collection are delicate and best cared for by hand washing separately and hanging to dry. The natural texture from washing and drying adds character to all of our garments but to release any wrinkles, a low/cool iron press will do the trick on our cotton silk blended fabric, while a medium press works best on our linen and pima cotton.

CARING FOR YOUR SUMMER WHITES

- Avoid using fabric softeners or harsh bleaches to prevent yellowing fabrics.

- Gently remove stains by applying stain remover and proceed with hand washing.

- Gently hand wash avoiding any brushing or abrasion.

- Hang dry, do not tumble.

- Sunshine always helps to keep your whites bright.

FABRIC TO TREASURE

COTTON SILK

Cotton silk provides a billowy and airy base with a natural luster that elevates a garment while remaining breezy and comfortable.  The blend of both cotton and silk fibers, combines the positive characteristics of each into a single textile, making it more durable yet dreamy in the way it drapes.

LINEN

Linen is traditionally known as one of the best fabrics to keep cool in.  The texture, rumple and breathability makes for a fabric that has character and a classic effortlessness. More importantly there is a durable strength to linen, which contributes to its longevity.  It ages beautifully and wrinkles become smoother with time and wear.

100% PIMA COTTON

Pima cotton’s longer fibers make the quality smoother, softer, and more durable than traditional, short-fiber cottons. This makes the fabric more pill resistant and helps it better retain its shape. Incredibly smooth, light-weight, cool and breathable, this cotton cloth is the ultimate foundation for the perfect year round travel item.
